Starting from November 20, 2020, all foreign passengers who are taking flights from Madagascar to China need to apply for the Health Declaration Code online. Please log on the website https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ via computers or smart phones, fill in the information and upload the certificates of both negative nucleic acid test and IgM anti-body test results.

The Chinese Embassy in Madagascar will no longer accept the e-mail applications for the Health Declaration Form, starting from November 20, 2020.

After reviewing the online application, the Chinese Embassy in Madagascar will process the applications and then issue to the qualified applicants their Health Declaration Codes, which will be displayed in green QR code with the “HDC”mark, on the website. Before boarding, the airline will check the Health Declaration Code, which can be presented on the smart phone or as a printed document.

Chinese passengers (including the Hong Kong SAR, the Macao SAR and the Taiwan region) should still apply for the green health code with the “HS” mark via the WeChat Health Code app.
